TERM AND CONDITIONS
Service Area
We operate exclusively within the Perth metro area — covering all suburbs from Rockingham in the south, through Fremantle, Perth CBD, Midland, Scarborough, up to Joondalup, Clarkson and Yanchep in the north. We do not service regional WA.
Pricing
* All prices listed are GST inclusive.
* "From" prices are guides only. Final pricing will be confirmed via your free quote, and may vary based on vehicle size/type, condition, and requested services.
* Additional charges apply for excessive dirt/mud, heavy pet hair removal, neglected interiors, utes/4x4s/vans, or work requiring extra time/products.
Bookings & Changes
* A confirmed quote is required before a booking time is locked in.
* 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $50 call-out fee.
* We will reschedule at no cost if weather conditions (heavy rain, extreme heat) make work unsafe or ineffective.
On-Site Requirements
* You must provide safe, legal access to your vehicle, suitable parking, and a power source if required.
* Please remove all personal valuables before work begins. We take no responsibility for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
Liability & Work Quality
* We are fully insured for all work carried out.
* We accept no liability for pre-existing scratches, chips, paint damage, loose trims, aftermarket modifications, or previously applied coatings/wraps.
* Our work is covered under standard Australian Consumer Law — your statutory rights cannot be excluded.
